Nacido en Tijuana, México, es un experimentado líder ministerial con 38 años de servicio como pastor, presbítero, profesor, Decano Académico, Superintendente de Distrito y director de Iniciativas Hispanas. Estudió en el Instituto Bíblico Latinoamericano en La Puente, California, en el Seminario Teológico Fuller y en Azusa Pacific University, donde obtuvo su Doctorado en Ministerio. Es autor del libro El discipulado radical de Jesús y de varios artículos, y actualmente sirve como vicepresidente de la Fraternidad Hispana Global de las Asambleas de Dios, habiendo sido anteriormente su Tesorero y Superintendente del Distrito del Pacífico Sur por 20 años. Posteriormente fue contratado por Evangel University y AGTS como Director de Iniciativas Hispanas. Está casado con su esposa Janice desde hace 39 años, y juntos tienen dos hijas, Andrea y Aimee, y cuatro nietos: Saraia, Enoc, Eliud y Eliana.

Born in Tijuana, Mexico, he is a seasoned ministry leader with 38 years of experience serving as a pastor, presbyter, professor, Academic Dean, District Superintendent, and director of Hispanic Initiatives. He studied at the Latin American Bible Institute in La Puente, California, Fuller Theological Seminary, and Azusa Pacific University, where he also earned his Doctor of Ministry degree. He is the author of The Radical Discipleship of Jesus and other articles, and currently serves as vice president of the Global Hispanic Fraternity of Assemblies of God, after previously serving as its Treasurer and as District Superintendent of the Southern Pacific District for 20 years. He later joined Evangel University and AGTS as Director of Hispanic Initiatives. He has been married to his wife Janice for 39 years, and together they have two daughters, Andrea and Aimee, and four grandchildren: Saraia, Enoch, Eliud, and Eliana.
